Kris Meeke and Paul Nagle have put their troubles from last week’s King of the Hill event behind them to finish the first day of Sol Rally Barbados with a 17s second lead.
The day included 14 stages, during which Kris only reported car trouble on one stage, the third run through Dark Hole, when he had to turn the anti lag off in the stage with suspected exhaust problems.
There is one more day of the rally left, and the action begins again at 7.50am Barbados time (12.50pm UK time).
